They think of how to clean up the house . They think of so much but it will amaze you to know that most mothers don’t even think about taking care of themselves.

Is having a kid / children an excuse for a mother not to take proper care of herself? As a mother, it is very important to pay attention to your body. I call you a super human because of the things you do; the house cores.

Learn to balance the things you do. In a much as you give attention to the house cores and your kids, ensure that you make out time for yourself to relax and do the things you love.
Oftentimes , mothers are the last to go to bed and the first to wake up. Things even get worst when there is a new born at home especially when there is no one to help. Little or no sleep is not good for anyone especially for nursing mothers because this can cause fatigue.

Make your kids to sleep on time do you can go to bed early as well and get long / quality sleep.
As a mother, one thing you should realize is that you are in charge. Don’t be under pressure just to please others at your own detriment. Plan and map out ways to balance things at home. God bless you.
