Anxiety self help … A  lot of people are daily consumed by the problems and challenges they face in life. 

Do you know that some simple things you neglect plays a major factor in your life? How well do you do the things you do? Do you take for granted those little things around you?

Do you know that our lives are shaped by the patterns of things we do regularly especially on daily bases.

Your life can be better/ improve if only you will change the pattern on how you do some certain things especially those things you took for granted.

I fell in love with this saying :

Iris: If you keep on doing what you’ve always done ,you’ll keep on being what you’ve always been, nothing changes unless you make it change, I know what it sounds like but every morning that I wake up I think about what that really means .Nothing Changes Unless You Make It Change.


This is what I say to my students on daily bases: you must choose to make a change and a deliberate change.

  1. Your Home: You can not take away anxiety and worry in a cluttered home. Because your home is in a serious mess, it would be difficult to really think straight . The  question now is, how often do you declutter your home? If you are truly serious about anxiety self help  , you must learn to keep your home in order. Truth be told, it is very difficult to reason straight in a messy environment because your attention would be divided. Give out or throw away those things that you no longer need in your house. This will surely help you to be more organized .Click here
  2. What are you wearing? do you still remember that saying? The way you dress is the way you are addressed. This explained it all. It is better to have few good clothes than to have so many rags. Even if you are just going to meet your next door neighbour , please look good . Your dressing tells a lot about your personality . If truly you value yourself, then it will cost you absolutely nothing to look good. Take a look at what you are wearing, this is on sure way to anxiety self help . When you look good, you will much better about yourself.
  3. What is that one habit in you that have not taken you forward yet, you just won’t let go? You must look deep inside of you because that is where anxiety self help begins. Anxiety self help is a conscious effort; you must deliberately make those changes in your life and make yourself free from worries. Change your habits change your life.
  4. Who are you listening to ? What are the words you allow inside of you? Even the word of God says ” So mightily grew the word and prevailed “. You are daily formed by the things you allowed inside of you. So, be wise. Make an effort to attain a certain level of anxiety self help by engaging in your daily activities differently . Choose what you want to hear …


Philippians 4:6-7 NIV

6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.






Dont hold back to the failures of yesterday.
